The problem

  • Geneva Finance had undergone a huge identity change as a business since surviving the finance company crashes from 2006 to 2008
  • The finance industry has been greatly disrupted by digital technology in the past 5 years
  • By 2014 Geneva began a phase of expansion and was looking to grab a share of the incredibly competitive online finance market


The solution

  • Touch developed a complex web application form designed to build a full picture of Geneva’s applicants and weed out ineligible applications
  • The system was designed to help Geneva’s lenders quickly fact check and assess the applications in order to deliver loan offers back to the their clients as quickly as possible
  • Touch then carried out a Conversion Optimisation strategy based on data and analytics to accurately assess how Geneva could get value for it’s money from it’s website and digital marketing
  • This required a few months worth of analysis and tweaks to: Web Design, Website Copy, Facebook Ads, Google AdWords Search, Google AdWords Display Network & Email Marketing
